1. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team by email or through the official return request form provided on our website within three (3) days of delivery.
Return requests must include the order number, customer name, and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the safe return and shipping costs of the item unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
- Items must be securely packaged in their original box and packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Returns received in damaged or incomplete condition may be subject to additional deductions from the refund amount.
3. Inspection and Refund Processing
- All returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt to verify compliance with the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection confirms the product is in acceptable condition.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification.
- Products returned without original packaging, parts, or accessories.
- Items showing more than three (3) kilometers of use or other signs of wear beyond reasonable evaluation.
- Items returned beyond the three (3) day return period.
5. Deductions and Fees
Where applicable, the following fees will be deducted from the total refund:
- 6% sales transaction fee, as charged by the selling platform.
- 2.5% restocking fee for processing and handling.
- Any additional repair or value reduction charges, if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage.
